    INFLUENCE OF ETCHANT ON RESEARCHING THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF CrMo STEEL

    • New prescription of the etch reagent has been used to study the CrMo steel grain boundary corrosion according to its brittleness problem. The important factors such as the concentration of picric acid and nitric acid and time which affect the etch experiment were analyzed,the degree of each factor affect the experiment was obtained through parallel experiment and cross experiment,and the optimal experiment conditions were found. The experiment plays an important role in different material etch research.
