    Adhesion Compression Shear Strength of Dowel Joint by Inorganic Adhesives

    • The influence factors of compressive shear strength of dowel joint of copper oxide-aluminum phosphate adhesive were researched, these factors included stirring rate, curing temperature and time, gluing surface roughness, fit clearance, etc. The results showed that the superior gluing performance and sufficient gluing operation time would be both obtained by adopting the stirring rate between 4~4.5 g/mL, the fit clearance in 0.2~0.4 mm, the curing temperature about 120 ℃ and curing time in 3 h. And the gluing surface was rougher, the compressive shear strength of dowel joint was higher.
