    Application of Intelligent Robot Automatic Impact Test System in Charpy Pendulum Impact Test

    • Due to the structural design of the automatic impact testing machine,the test efficiency and accuracy were reduced by measuring the state of the equipment and manual impact operation during the charpy pendulum impact test.The structure,overview and advantages of the automatic impact test system for intelligent robots were introduced.The automatic impact and manual impact were compared and analyzed.The results show that the automatic impact test system of intelligent robot was set according to the standard of charpy pendulum impact test,and the impact test time was constant,which ensured the consistency of the test rhythm.The deviation of the test results was small and the data distribution was more centralized.It reduced the human error and the fluctuation of the test results,reduced the probability of misjudgment and erroneous judgment of the test results,and improved the test efficiency and the accuracy of the results.
