    FATIGUE FAILURE ANALYSIS OF HEAT EXCHANGER

    • The steam leakage was occurred on the welding zone of the tube sheet of the austenitic stainless steel heat exchanger. By means of the chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing and macro-microstructure examination,EFM calculation and vibration testing,materials and working process are analyzed comprehensitly. In order to prevent and avoid the fatigue failure,some measure and suggestion have been proposed. And the failure analysis method mentioned will be helpful to the analysis works of anstenitic stainless steel vessels′ failure.
