    Relationship between Carbide Content and Creep Rupture Strength of GH864 Alloy at Overheated Temperature

    • Relationship between the carbide content in microstructure and the creep rupture strength of GH864 alloy was studied under different overheated condition by using physical and chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction,metallographic examination and creep rupture strength test. The result showed that with the carbide content increase,especially with M23C6 content increase,the creep rupture strength and remaining life of GH864 alloy decreased.
