    Melting Process of DZ417G Oriented Superalloy

    • The smelting process of DZ417 oriented superalloy was studied, and the influences of withdrawal rate and carbon, boron and vanadium content on microstructure, high temperature tensile property and endurance property were analyzed. The results show that DZ417 alloy had high endurance life and tensile strength while the withdrawal rate was 5.9-6.5 mm·min-1. Increasing boron content had little influence on the tensile strength, endurance life and plasticity of the alloy. When the vanadium content was 0.8%, the alloy got the best tensile strength and endurance life. When the carbon content was 0.18%-0.19%, the alloy got the best properties.
