Pearlite Transformation Kinetic and Simulation by Stereo Image

According the suggested separated nucleation model, the pearlite transformation kinetic formula were derived, and the software Ansys was used to display pearlite transformation kinetic by stereo image.The statistical average for pearlite fraction per area As and the statistical average for pearlite number per area NAs on random sections were compared with the pearlite fraction per volume V and the pearlite number Nv.It was showed that the results was as well as predicted by stereo theory, As was close to the value of mathematical expectation V, and NAs was close to the value of mathematical expectation ∑iDi, Di was the different diameter for various pearlite ball per volume.
