Abstract
The test methods and susceptibility of explosion composite plate compound layer 06Cr13R low-Cr ferritic stainless steel to intergranular corrosion were studied. The results show that the double-loop EPR method was appropriate for evaluating the susceptibility of 06Cr13R low-Cr ferritic stainless steel to intergranular corrosion, which was consistent with the test results of oxalic acid electrdysis erosion method. The characteristics of intergranular corrosion of 06Cr13R low-Cr ferritic stainless steel was different from Cr-Ni austentic stainless steels. The susceptibility to intergranular corrosion occured after the normalizing treatment at 910 ℃, even forced air cooling, but it was alleviated after the annealing treatment at 800 ℃.
