    Upgrading of the High Temperature Tensile Device of a Universal Testing Machine

    • To satisfy the requirements of high temperature tensile standards to accuracy and uniformity of temperature, upgrading was done to the high temperature tensile device of a universal testing machine. Two mobile heating furnaces was added, and high temperature tensile clamps and temperature controller were upgraded. The results show that work efficiency, control temperature accuracy and uniformity of the high temperature tensile device were increased greatly after upgrading, and it can satisfy the requirements of high temperature tensile standards completely.
