Comparison on Corrosion Behavior of Sulfur-resistant Tubes underSimulated Oil and Gas Field Environment

    • The corrosion behavior and stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of three domestic and imported sulfur-resistant tubes were analyzed by high temperature and high pressure coupon test,SCC test,SEM,EDS and XRD,these results will be helpful for material selection of oil and gas field. The results indicated that the element of Cr,Mo and Ni which improved the corrosion performance had not obvious superiority at the lower temperature and H2Spartial pressure. The mechanical properties of three kinds of materials had slight variety. The domestic sulfur-resistant tube of 80steel had more webbing than the imports of 80steel,the imports of 95steel also had webbing. The webbing had some influence on corrosion resistance. The average corroison rate of three kinds of materials hadslight variety under 80℃.Three sulfur-resistant tubes had lower crack sensibility. The corrosion capability ofdomestic sulfur-resistant tube was equivalent to the import tube under simulated environment, the domestic tubescan replace the import tubes.
