THE UNCERTAINTY EVALUATION OF RESULTS OF MEASUREMENTS FOR SURFACE ROUGHNESS COMPARISON SPECIMENS Ra
The conception of the meaning of uncertainty of a measurement is introduced. Analyzing and calculating of composition and expantion uncertainty for surface roughness comparison specimens results of measurements are explained. The estimation method of uncertainty in this paper, are also useful for other measuring cases.
