    How Electronic Universal Material Testing Machines to Adapt the Requirments of Strain Control

    • The method A strain control was added into the new Chinese standard GB/T 228.1-2010 for metallic material tensile test at room temperature. Electronic universal material testing machines need basic hardware support and have closed-loop control function, appropriate collecting frequency and bandwidth, and excellent monitoring and control software to achieve stain control. For the new standard, through the new design and upgrading of the control module, digital to analog conversion module, host framework and monitoring software and so on, the testing machine system could meet the requirement of the new standard and achieve strain control. The ideal strain control curves could be got.
