Monitoring Technique of Wireless Interference from Electromagnetic Radiation in Power System

    • Combining with practical experience, the environmental impact assessment (EIA) was carried out, and the problems existed in the process of measuring radio interference in high-tension overhead line and power substation were analyzed and discussed in detail. Consequently, it was pointed out that the key factors which impact the monitoring results mainly include background value of electromagnetic radiation, parameter settings of test instrument, antenna type, test frequency, location, distance, etc. The study could not only provide foundations and references for further standardizations of monitoring wireless interference and scientific evaluation on the environmental impacts of radio interference, but also have practical applications in the EIA, inspection and acceptance.
