Technology Difficulties and Solvent Method in Laboratory’s Quality System Operations

    • There are some technology difficulties in operations of the laboratory’s quality system, such as the correct determinant for the test results or calibration results and compliance with specification, method validation, evaluation of measurement uncertainty, intermediate checks for equipments and reference materials, personnel comparison, method comparison, and interlaboratory comparison in the quality monitoring. The evaluation of measurement uncertainty, intermediate checks for equipments and reference materials, proficiency testing and robust statistical techniques have been introduced. Therefore, the solution for technological problems of the determinant for test and calibration results and compliance with specification, method validation, detection of outliers, check the acceptability of the test results, determine final test results, personnel and method comparison and interlaboratory comparison in the quality monitoring will be introduced in detail.
