Damage Failure Analysis of Outside Circularity Used in Car
Damage of outside circularity used in car was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,fracture analysis and metallographic examination. The results showed that the damage of outside circularity mainly due to the oxide and fold flaw on outside circularity surface in forging heated process.
