    Reason Analysis and Processing of Inclination Deformationin Reheat Steam Cold Pipeline of 600MW Unit

    • The inclination deformation problems in reheat steam cold pipeline of 600MW unit was described.Through spot inspection of pipe thermal expansion, supports and hangers status, pipe system static calculation, thereason has been identified and effective measures has been put forward.The deformation of the pipline is formed bythermal displacement hindered of the cold pipeline before the reheater inlet header.The hanger unreasonable designand the larger load were the main reasons of thermal displacement hindered of the pipeline.
