Abstract
The X-ray diffraction broadening makes the diffracted intensity a distribution in some area and plays a decisive role in the calculation of diffracted intensity and the determination of particle (crystal) size. The X-ray diffraction broadening is explained simply and obviously by means of rotary vector which can describe vibration and wave geometrically. Moreover, the diffraction broadening is also described with algebra and the principle of reciprocal lattice.
