Analysis on Fracture Reason of Rotor Shaft of Transmission Device
The fracture reason of rotor shaft of transmission device was analyzed by optical direct reading spectrometer, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and election diffraction spectrometer (EDS). The results showed that the cracks were caused by stress corrosion, and expanded in the form of fatigue, until the fracture appeared in rotor shaft.
