Reasons Analysis on Surface Cracks of 40Cr Steel Products
The surface cracking reasons of 40Cr steel products during processing were analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis. The results indicate that the surface cracking of the 40Cr steel products was mainly caused by billet defects and rolling defects.
