Abstract
Through contrastively analyzing the differences of stress rupture properties at elevated temperature and microstructure of samples with original and current combination to the blades, it was found that the tested stress rupture properties of samples with current combination to the blades could represent the actual performance of the blades better that than that of the original combination. Because the stress rupture samples with current combination had no microporosity defect, the test results could meet the requirement of specification with more stock. By changing the sampling position, problem that the stress rupture properties test results were not acceptable caused by the test samples having casting defect was well solved.
