Abstract
Using JY-20 portable test system, the constant degree and load deviation of constant force hangers of low-temperature reheat steam pipes of a power plant were tested, and the effects of mechanical properties of constant force hangers on thermal displacement of low-temperature steam pipes were studied. The results show that the unqualified constant degree and load deviation of the constant force hangers were main reasons of low-temperature reheat steam pipes being unable to reset. After replacing qualified constant force hangers, the displacement pointer could return to its original position, the pipeline thermal displacement was normal and the main pipes maximum primary stress and secondary stress were all in their allowed ranges.
