    • Method of the total magnifying power calibration and evaluation of uncertainty in measurement for optical microscope were introduced in the presence of theory analyzing and actual measuring and computing with 100 magnification of Neophot32 microscope as an example. The uncertainty report for the 100 magnification of this microscope was Mtotal=99.7±1.0×10, k=2.
