    Analysis on Unqualified Reasons of Flaw Detection for Q345R Steel Plate

    • The microstructure, inclusions and tensile fracture morphology were observed and analyzed by means of microscopes, SEM and EDS, to find the unqualified reasons of flaw detection for Q345R steel plates. The results showed that the main reasons were the aggregation of MnS, inner cracks and central loose in the plate. The qualification ratio of flaw detection for steel plate could be improved effectively by taking relevant measures in production.
