    Quantitative Characterization on High-cycle Fatigue Properties of TC11 Titanium Alloy

    • Based on Zheng formula, the high-cycle fatigue normalization model mathematical expression of TC11 titanium alloy was established from the relationship of stress ratio and stress concentration factor with fatigue life. The results show that the fatigue data of TC11 titanium alloy at different stress ratio and different stress concentration factor could be fitted effectively by formula Nf=SfSa-Sac-2. And the normalized model mathematics expression Nf=4.14×109 (Segv-424.58)-2 could be obtained by using Nf=SfSegv-(Segv)c-2, which could normalize the fatigue test data of TC11 titanium alloy effectively.
