    Performance Comparison on Wear-resistant Clad Lining Plate Used in Rolling Mill at Home and Abroad

    • Two kinds of wear-resistant steel clad lining plate used in rolling mill, made by explosion and hot rolling methods at home and abroad, were investigated, and the shear strength, tensile strength, impact toughness and wear-resistant property were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the interface of lining plate made by hot rolling was relatively straight between components, and the lining plate possessed good wear-resistant property and high toughness. Although the shear strength of lining plate produced by explosion was higher than the one made by hot rolling, the impact toughness and wear-resisting property were much lower than hot rolled one. According to the microstructure and mechanical properties, microstructure controlled process of lining plate produced by hot rolling was presumed.
