    Texture and Microstructure of High-strength IF Steel Plate along Thickness Direction

    • The texture and microstructure inhomogeneity distribution along thickness direction and changing rule of high-strength IF steel(high-strength phosphor steel) plate were studied by X-ray diffraction three-dimensional orientation distribution functions(ODF analysis)and metallographic analysis. The results show that γ fiber texture has the highest intensity and volume fraction in IF steel plate at center layer, followed by the thickness of quarter layer and the weakest for the surface layer. Microstructure of the steel plate gradually changed from inhomogeneous grain size at the surface layer to very uniform equiaxial grain at the center layer. The inhomogeneity distribution of the texture and microstructure resulted from the non-uniform deformation of the steel plate during rolling course.
