    Common Defects and Testing Methods of High Temperature and High Speed J-dyeing Machine

    • Common defects, causes of various defects, measures to prevent these defects and points need to be noted in the course of inspection and testing of high temperature and high speed J-dyeing machine that is in common use in the dyeing process were summarized. And appropriate preventive measures and recommendations were proposed. The most common defects of stress corrosion cracking and fatigue cracking which are mainly due to chloride ions present in dye solution, dyeing machine stress concentration, vibration and frequent starts and other factors were introduced emphatically. Metallurgical examination, nondestructive testing methods and other measures should be applied in order to find such dangerous defects timely and eliminate the potential safety problems.
