    ANALYSIS OF THE RUPTURE IN RECEIVER CORRECTION

    • Some correction rupture pieces have been analysed in this article by means of the chemical compostion analysis, macroscopic and microcosmic examination of the broken parts. The results showed that there are some overburnt areas on the broken parts and the metal melted along the crystal boundary. If so, the metal will lose its continuity and porous holes are formed in crystal boundary and genreate serious oxidization. Brittlenss rupture will be esay to happen along the crystal boundary when the load was applicd on it and the serious deterioration was appeared on crystal boundary.
