Fatigue Failure Reason of Rolling Bearing in Use

In order to reduce the occurrence of the fatigue failure phenomenon of rolling bearing and improve the life of rolling bearing, the fatigue failure reasons were analyzed from the raw material quality and processing precision and working conditions of the rolling bearings. The reasons included the defects in raw material, microstructure after heat treatment, processing quality of work surface, installation quality, using status and lubricating medium and so on. And the corresponding improvement measures were put forword.
