    RESEARCH ON ROTATING BENDING FATIGUE TESTING OF HIGH DAMPING GZ50 COPPER ALLOY UNDER SALTY-FOG CORROSIVE CIRCUMSTANCE

    • According to application background of high damping GZ50 copper alloy, combining with a PWC-6 rotating bending fatigue-testing machine, a device floating salty-fog used for corrosion fatigue testing was designed. Simultaneously, in terms of the test, another testing machine with the same type was improved. Through up-down method, under salty-fog corrosive and air circumstance, on two testing machine, two series of rotating bending fatigue testing with different dimensional specimens of GZ50 copper alloy were performed and the test results were compared and analyzed, which would provide reference for concrete application of GZ50 copper alloy.
