    Structure and Catalytic Performance of Composite Mesoporous Materials

    • SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal method, using polyglycol-polypropanetriol-polyglycol (P123) as template and tetraethyl orthosilicate as silica source, and subsequently functionalized with 3-chloropropyl-trimethoxysilane and ethylenediamine. They were characterized by means of XRD, FT-IR, N2 adsorption-desorption and TEM before and after functionalization.The analyses of catalytic performance showed that the functionalized SBA-15 was an effective catalyst for the glyphosate synthesis of glycine as a model reaction.
