    COMPARISON OF ETCHING SOLUTIONS IN DETERMINATION THE ZINC COATING QUALITY ON STEEL PLATE

    • The chemical solution method is a main tool to testing the quality of zinc coating. The effects of etching solutions on determination the zinc coating quality are studied thoroughly. The hydrochloric acid-ethylene diamine (corrosion inhibitor) etching solution are chosen. This solution has been applied to the dissolution of zinc coating. After dissolution of zinc coating, the surface of steel plate is bright, and the results obtained are satisfactory in precision.
