UNCERTAINTY EVALUATION OF THE STRESS RELAXATION TESTING FOR STEEL STRAND USED FOR PRESTRESSED CONCRETE
The stress relaxation ratio of one kind of steel strand used for prestressed concrete was measured according to GB/T 10120-1996. The uncertainty of the result was analyzed and evaluated according to the standard JJF 1059-1999. As a result,the method of uncertainty evaluation provided with peference to other similar cases.
