    EVALUATION OF MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY FOR ALL DEPTH OF DECARBURIZATION IN 45 STEEL PLATE

    • The sources of measurement uncertainty for all depth of decarburization in 45 steel plate by ZEISS microscopes were analyzed. Moreover,the measurement uncertainty of all depth of decarburization was detailedly evaluated by synthetic evaluation method ,and the expanded uncertainty obtailed.
