EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY FOR ROCKWELL HARDNESS B GAUGE
The measurement uncertainty for metal Rockwell hardness testing of B Gauge was studied. The mathematical model was set up,and the source of measurement uncertainty was analyzed. The result showed that the expanded uncertainty of HRB was 0.8 when k=2.
