Abstract
Based on four kinds of control method of tensile testing rate including method A, method B, annex F and position control method in GB/T 228.1-2010, different control methods were applied to do tensile tests by two groups of thin sheet with Z100 testing machine, and four kinds of method were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the effects on mechanical properties were not obvious to all most of ferrous metal by four kinds of method, only may be difference to strain rate sensitive metal; when method A was applied, although average strain rate was constant, actual strain rate would exceed error limits, so deviated from method A; in order to avoided testing out of control, it was suggested that use equal rate control method in RP, ReH range and in yield range when method B was applied; when annex F was applied, parameter m in RP, ReH range and parameter E in elastic range shouldn’t be equal, and VC was too.
