Fracture Reason Analysis for Last-but-one Blade of 600 MW Steam Turbine
By means of chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties testing, metallographic examination and fracture analysis, the fracture reason of the last-but-one blade of 600 MW steam turbine was analyzed. The results showed that the fracture was high-cycle fatigue fracture. Some preventive measures for the blade failure were brought forward.
