    Application of successful data envelopment analysis in raw material management

    • A successful data envelopment analysis method was proposed for raw material management. The control index for the mass fraction of prepolymer isocyanate was determined to be 5.64% to 5.98%, and the control index for polyurethane hardness was 83 to 96 HA. The relationship between hardness and isocyanate content was obtained using linear fitting method. By using this method, it was possible to promptly detect any abnormalities in the production process of raw materials and polyurethane products, avoid quality hazards, and reduce losses. This method could be used for raw material management without mature standards.
