Abstract
In view of the difficulty of standardized test of shear bond strength of refractory slurry, clay slurry was taken as an example to systematically explore the influence of sample size, bonding thickness, drying system and loading rate on the test results, and the measured shear bond strength at room temperature was analyzed. The results show that the convenience of operation and the stability of the results were improved under the conditions of specimen size of 1/3 BZ, bonding thickness of 2 mm, drying system of 110 °C×3 h and loading rate of 0.15 MPa/s.
