    Determination of P-S-N curve of 6082-T651 aluminum alloy and its data processing method

    • According to the fatigue test results of 6082-T651 aluminum alloy sheet, the determination, drawing,data processing and verification methods of P-S-N curve of the material were systematically described. When the stress ratio R=-1 and the number of cycles was 107, the survival rate was 50% and 99%. When the confidence was 95%, the conditional fatigue limits were 73 MPa and 67.46 MPa, respectively. According to the power function model, the P-S-N curves under the survival rate of 50% and 99% were drawn.
