Abstract
According to GB/T 228.1—2021, the influence of different sample types and clamping methods on the tensile test results of tungsten copper alloy was studied. The results show that when using a circular specimen with a single step diameter of 10 mm for tensile testing, all specimens broke at the head and the tensile strength did not meet the acceptance criteria. When using a single step 2×M10-6h (both ends have external threads with a diameter of 10 mm and a tolerance level of 6 h) circular head threaded specimen, 83.3% of the specimens fractured at the head, and only 20% of the specimens that tensile strength met the acceptance criteria. When using a double step 2×M10-6h circular head threaded specimen, the fracture position of the specimen was all in the parallel section, and the tensile strength met the acceptance specifications.
