    Calibration device for a new type of fully automatic vehicle steering parameter tester

    • An analysis was conducted on the standard requirements and calibration regulations for automotive steering parameters, and a new type of fully automatic calibration device was developed, and the testing instrument was calibrated. The new calibration device automatically loaded weights through servo motor driven equipment, and the computer automatically completed loading control. It could achieve full automatic calibration of various ranges of motor vehicle steering force and steering angle, and could automatically complete testing according to user settings. By improving the accuracy and resolution of the weight and encoder, the calibration accuracy of the device could be improved.
