    Dynamic full field strain measurement for large-sized blades based on digital image correlation technology

    • Abstract Taking a certain type of large-sized blade as the research object, a non-contact deformation measurement method based on digital image correlation technology was proposed to measure the dynamic full field strain of the blade according to the demand for stress calibration in vibration fatigue. At the same time, the measurement results of digital image correlation method were compared with those of resistance strain gauge and theoretical strain, it was found that the measurement results of digital image correlation method were highly consistent with those of resistance strain gauge, and had a small error with theoretical strain, which verified the feasibility of applying digital image correlation technology in non-contact deformation measurement of large-sized blade vibration fatigue test.
