Abstract
The DC56D+Z steel transmission electron microscope specimens were prepared using the electrolytic double spray method. The experimental design included sample preparation, factor and level selection, selection of experimental design methods and analysis of experimental models. The experimental design adopted the central composite response surface method, established a relationship model between response variables and factor variables, analyzed the accuracy of the model using a system scatter plot, and predicted the range of response variables under experimental conditions. The observation of the thin area morphology and microstructure morphology of DC56D+Z steel under transmission electron microscopy could provide reference for the preparation of transmission electron microscopy specimens for metallic materials.
