Abstract
Composite electrodeposition technology was used to prepare nickel-cubic boron nitride (Ni-cBN) active cutting coatings on the surface of grate teeth, and Ni-cBN coatings were prepared on FGH95 nickel based high-temperature alloy matrix. The microstructure, bonding strength and thermal shock performance of the coatings were analyzed, and the influence of the coatings on the mechanical properties of the matrix was studied. The results show that the coating was tightly bonded to the substrate, the abrasive distribution was relatively uniform, and the bonding strength of Ni-cBN coating was greater than 160 MPa. After 1 200 thermal shocks at 600 ℃,the coating was not damaged and the bonding performance between the coating and the substrate was good.
