According to JJF 1059.1—2012 and GB/T 6462—2005, the uncertainty factors affecting the thickness of galvanized layer of steel wire mesh fasteners were analyzed. The combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty were evaluated. The normalized deviation was determined by personnel comparison analysis, and the evaluation opinions were given.
