    Uncertainty evaluation of measurement results of tensile strength of AH32 steel for ships at room temperature

    • The case analysis of uncertainty evaluation of tensile strength measurement results of AH32 steel for ships was of great significance to the standard test process and the rational use of tensile strength data, and could also provide reference for the uncertainty analysis of tensile strength of other ship steel. The uncertainty of tensile test results of AH32 steel for ship was evaluated and analyzed. The tensile test and uncertainty evaluation were carried out according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 228.1—2021, and the source of relevant uncertainty was reasonably determined. It was operable to make a proper evaluation of material properties. In the uncertainty analysis of some high quality reliability, the introduction of tensile rate uncertainty and the identification of the influence degree of uncertainty components could make the uncertainty evaluation normative and targeted.
