Abstract
The change of the test parameters of the material would have a certain influence on the thermal analysis results. The effects of the quality, grain size, heating rate and other technical parameters of metal materials on the phase transition temperature, specific enthalpy and mass change rate in the thermal analysis results were studied. The results show that the increase of sample mass would increase the phase transition temperature and keep the specific enthalpy unchanged. The larger the grain size of the sample, the longer the phase transition process and the larger the specific enthalpy. The phase change of the sample in the air environment started and ended early, and the specific enthalpy was smaller. The heating rate had a significant effect on the specific enthalpy, the larger the heating rate. The smaller the specific enthalpy.
