Effect of different total test force holding time on Rockwell hardness test results of aluminum alloy

    • The Rockwell hardness test of several brands of aluminum alloy materials was carried out when the total test force holding time was 2, 3, 5, 6, 9 s, and the test data were statistically analyzed. The results show that under the condition of different total test force holding time, the Rockwell hardness of aluminum alloy material was 0. 3-1. 0 HRB, which was basically decreasing. The results could provide a reliable basis for the data processing of aluminum alloy condition inspection in the production site.
