    Experiment on improving the electrical properties of chemically coated silver tin oxide materials by solid phase diffusion

    • The silver tin oxide powder after chemical coating was treated by solid phase diffusion process, and the material was processed by isostatic pressing, sintering, extrusion, drawing and other processing techniques. The physical properties, mechanical properties and electrical properties of the material were compared with those of the chemical coated silver tin oxide material without solid phase diffusion process. The results show that the uniformity and electrical properties of the solid phase diffusion silver tin oxide material were significantly improved.
